Content missing, heading present but no content

My EM Client version is 7.1.30794.0eM My problem is that the content of all my message prior to yesterday have disappeared, the headings are there but not the content of the messages. This relates to messages in my inbox and saved, deleted etc. Current messages are being eceived with their content. How do I get all my previous messages to show their content. ?

Prior to problem I had an error message and it was checking database, etc, but it just kept checking for at least 10 minutes with no finish, so I clicked “cancel” after that the problem arose.

If your account is IMAP, you can repair the message cache by right-click on the top-most account folder (the one above Inbox) and choose Properties > Repair.

Another option is to remove the IMAP account from eM Client, then add it again.
