Contacts suddenly not showing when clicking on contacts window in left pane. But show up in response to Ctl/B. How can I get them back . . . and manage them?
If they are only stored locally, go to Menu > Tools > Settings > General and tick Show Local Folders.
Then go to the Contacts section and make sure all the folders are ticked whether they are local or synced with your provider.
In this example from a Gmail account, any contact in the My Contacts folder (Google Contacts Category) will not be displayed. All the others that are ticked will be displayed.
