Hi, I would like to ask how can I remove the displaying client in my email? When I hover over the search window and type in a name, two emails show up, one old and the new one current. I would like to remove the old one so that it does not show up.
Sounds like they are previously suggested email contacts appearing.
Go to “Menu / Settings / Mail / Compose” (PC) or “eM Client / Preferences / Mail / Compose” (Mac) and click “Show Recipient’s” as per screenshot below, and delete whichever recipient you need.
Note: If its not in Show Recipients, then it might be a previous sent email auto suggestion, so you can also uncheck “Use all recipient’s from Sent folders for suggestion” in this same area. Then Save & Close.
