When I send mail containing an attachment to trash, that mail will no longer appear in the “contact details” section. So if I inadvertently trash a mail with an important attachment, I cannot use that means to locate it. That is an instance where I would most like to be able to search by attachment. I call this a flaw, and would like to request that it be corrected. Thanks.
Hi David, I believe this is not a flaw as the contact details attachment does not show attachments that has been received from this user but only attachments you assign to the contact, if you want to see attachments that have been sent by the user, right click the contact and select “Attachment history”, where all attachments from the user should be shown…
