Constraint failed error

This started happening all of a sudden. What solutions are available to fix this besides new DB?

If the database is corrupted in some way, there is nothing you can do except restore from a recent backup or delete it. If you are using IMAP or Exchange, all your data is synced with a server, so starting again means you won’t lose anything. If you have any data saved in local folders, like calendars, contacts or email archives, you want to export those before you delete the database if you don’t have a backup.

To delete the database, close eM Client, and then delete or rename C:\Users_username_\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. You may have to show hidden items in Explorer to do that.
