Constantly have to run a repair for GMail to work

I have two accounts in EM Client, one with BTinternet and one with Gmail.  The BTinternet connection is 100% reliable but every couple of days or so, the Gmail account asks me for my logon credentials which I supply but within a few seconds, the same flash page reappears and the cycle continues.  The only solution I have found is to run a repair then everything works as it should for a day or two.

I have successfully logged in to Gmail for many other reasons, (this forum being one of them!) so this is not a username/password issue.

Could someone throw some light on this please?

Someone? This is driving me nuts!! I really don’t wnt to have to ditch em client but unlesss there is a solution I’ll have no choice.

Hi David,
can you tell me what version of eM Client are you running? I think that installing the newest one and re-adding your gmail account should solve this issue.

Did you try to remove and add your account back in again?

Yes, I have re-installed.  It will take 24 - 48 hours to be sure it’s fixed.  I’ll post back.
