Constant Errors of Server Disconnection & Settings

I just downloaded eM Client and would not mind upgrading to the PRO pack but i am encountering lot of issues with your software. One, it frequently gets disconnected from the server hence emails dont pop in immediately. Two, constant errors where it reads: “An attempt to connecting to “XYZ” failed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailbility or incorrect server settings. Do you want to check the settings?” On going into account setting and clicking on Ok, the mail box turns fine. But this keeps happening through the day.
I have 3 emails syned. Two of them are emails using google apps and the third one a gmail ID. The problem is with all these 3. I have used commonly recommended settings.
