Constant error message: 5.3.4 message file too large

I am trying to send my emails and every single one comes back with an error saying 5.3.4 error: message file too large. None of these emails have attachments or photos etc. They are all small worded emails only and I have never had this issue before.
I have deleted all files from my trash and re-started the program many times but I haven;t been able to fix this. Can someone please help??
