Connection to email account is failing.

After downloading eM client and adding my hotmail account, there is an error that states it cannot connect to my account, which means I can’t access any of my mail. I added a second account which is working fine. Any help?

Have you try to re-add your account? Also what does that error message says exactly?

Yeah, tried that a few times.
Thats what pops up when I try:

can you please check into Tools - settings - advanced, check Airsync under your account, apply and restart eM Client.

then try to synchronize and after send logs… to galis@emclient.com together with this topic’s url in subject?

then you can turn logging off.
