Connection problem sending mail Gmail

I have setup my Gmail (with my own domain) in this client. But sending e-mail is not possible. I already tried tools -> accounts -> diagnostics and fix all.

The settings are gived by Gmail. What’s wrong?

if the problem is still actual, try to re-create the account and let me know if it helps.

If you use Avast!, I know that it has Mail Shield. Try disabling that, that is what helped me!

I have tried to re create the e-mail account several times but the same problem occurs.

I have Mc Afee Enterprise 8.8 installed.

Send us your logs please: go to menu Tools->Settings->Advanced->Logging and check “SMTP” under the problematic account. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. To make sure that my privacy is not on the internet I replaced my 2 e-mail adresses. Further I nothing changed in my log. Thanks

Try to disable your Firewall/Anti-virus for a while and let me know if it helped. This issue is caused by something blocking your connection.

Hi George,

I have disabled my AV and my Windows Firewall but this will not solve the problem. With my MS Outlook client I do not have this connection problems.

What do you suggest to try now?
