"Connection Failed" Error message on ALL email accounts (all are different)

I have the paid version of eM Cleint yet it has not worked for the last week.
No matter what email carrier, it says " This could be caused by temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings. Please check the settings or click on the warning symbol to try to connecting again"

Is there a way to get a refund? No matter what I do, mail will not come through. It is affecting work.

I have Version 8.2.147 (04b618f)

I think I may have figured out that it was the Antivirus software preventing messages from coming through.

Have you tried stopping your anti-virus and VPN apps?
