Connecting with Smart Mailer

Hello.
I have an account with SmarterMailer Enterprise 17.
When I setup my Account in EM Client, everything seems OK, but the application does not download any of Emails. I have setup as POP3 server.
I can access the same account thru my phone with no issues.
Any ideas on what I should do?

Hi,
is your account set up correctly? Can you use this address to send and receive mail? Or does that work and it just won’t load your emails?
Do you keep copies of your mails on the PEP server or do you delete them once you read them from your device (phone)?
