Hi Gilles,
As eM Client is a desktop mail client, it connects all your email accounts together at one place. Therefore, you have to create an account with mail server providers (Gmail, Outlook.com etc.) and then you can configure it in eM Client > Menu > Tools > Accounts > Add account.
