I’ve searched around and haven’t seen anything like the issue i’m having, so here we go.

I just started using em client and found it odd when I sync’d it to my m365 account it didn’t pull my picture, it instead pulled my company logo. Whatever, easy fix.

Then after it finished it sync, I saw the cool external logo’s I don’t get in outlook, but half my co-workers have pictures, and the other half have our company logo? I’d say about 95% of use have pictures in outlook.

Steps I’ve taken:
Revoked access in M365 and tried again
cleared avatar cache
removed account and readded
removed account, and ran em-client as an admin
uninstalled and re-installed em-client
tryied not downloading avatars from external sources (it turns everyong but those with pictures into initials (even external contacts) but those who have pictures, keep pictures?!
re-cleared cache (they keep pictures lol)

So I really have no idea, any help? I can’t have 1100 people with the same icon that will drive me nuts lol

If you have a company domain name email address, it will usually pull the domain (fav icon). However you can optionally instead eg: connect your email address to a global Gravatar.com icon which then eM Client will use that. I personally do that with mine.

Note:- When you clear the local avatar cache it can take up to 30days to change as per the following eM Client webpage on how to change avatars.

Ps my own Gravatar / Avatar updated in approx 48hrs. So 30days is the max time.
