Comcast cant receive emails

eM client has been working great then all of a sudden I cant receive any emails at all. I can send them ok but not receive. I worked through with Comcast support and we changed all the pop3 and imap settings but still cannot receive any emails at all. They said it is the email program which I did not believe. Even when I click on the diagnosis both the SMTP and the POP3 indicate everything is correct. Below is error log.

Hello Jeff,

That seems like the connection could be blocked by your antivirus or firewall. Try turning them off and if it helps, please add eM Client into exceptions. Please let us know how it went.
