client not responding

very frequently this client  freezes when I try to open a mail message

Hello Tom, sorry to see this, what mail service are you using with eM Client on your computer to synchronise your items? Can you please try to update to this release and check if the issue persists? 6.0.22774.0

I have updated and the problem stays. It seems though that it is one particular email source that causes this problem. My other client (Incredimail) this mail correct (but has other problems, that is the reason I want to switch to Em.

Does the application freeze up when you open the message in eM Client? If so, can you please run this utility http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe and send me the output stack dump file to my email address, [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic? What mail service are you using your account with, are you using an IMAP account?

Are you able to load the application in offline mode by the ctrl button while the application initialises?
