The client keeps on freezing for a while and you cannot access it, after a while it starts to work again, but I have always to wait. This happens lots of times… what could this be caused from?

Before it happens I don’t do nothing special, but it happens more often when I do copy and paste e.g. from an e-mail to a new one…
it’s strange… I’m trying to update windows this morning. Maybe it depends from that.

It should generate a log file (starting with “eM Client Stack” in your Documents folder) that will help us analyze the problem in more detail.
