Client freezing

The client keeps on freezing for a while and you cannot access it, after a while it starts to work again, but I have always to wait. This happens lots of times… what could this be caused from?

what version are you using? And what do you do right before it happens?

I have the 4.00.
Before it happens I don’t do nothing special, but it happens more often when I do copy and paste e.g. from an e-mail to a new one…
it’s strange… I’m trying to update windows this morning. Maybe it depends from that.

does your problem persist? If so, please run the tool available from… after the freeze happens. It should generate a log file (starting with “eM Client Stack” in your Documents folder) that will help us analyze the problem in more detail. Please send this file directly to me: Thanks.
