Client freezes when clicking from one email to the next.

This appears to have started after the last update.  It doesn’t always happen, but when moving from one email to the next in my inbox, the program freezes.  It will be “frozen” for sometimes up to 30 seconds.

what version of eM Client are you currently running - check the exact version number in Help>About section please.
Also, does this happen on all of your mail accounts or just on certain ones?

All accounts.  This seems to have started after the last upgrade.  It’s as if the client is waiting for the email to load, but it freezes even when it is a simple text email.

sorry for the delayed answer.
Can you please download this utility - www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe - and run it next time eM Client freezes? You might need to run it a few times to get the correct logs.
Send the created files to rust@emclient.com with a link to this forum thread so we can analyze this issue.

everything seems to be okay in the logs you sent.
Can you please check if you Internet Explorer is up to date?
If so, can you turn in back to default settings and restart eM Client?
