Chrome Page Glassed: O365 Setup

Low level issue:
After setting up an O365 account, the frost_waiting page in Chrome does not update or close by internal command.

After setting up the account on a different machine, the same thing happens, except that most of the text in the attached graphic is not present, and is replaced with the Windows spinning dot animation in the centre.
No problems in the EMClient gui with the account.
Can EM Client do anything about this?
