I have just obtained a FREE licence - I was using the client as a trial with 3 email accounts obvioulsy I only have two now. I think its disabled one of the ones that I wanted to keep and retained one of the ones I was willing to loose. When I try to disable the one that I don’t want it tells me I can’t do this. Is there a way around this situation please ? Thanks
in Tools>Account section you should be able to delete the account you don’t want or change the order of your accounts using the up and down arrow buttons.
The active accounts should be the top 2.
If you are having problem with this, could you copy the exact error message you see?
