Under Menu>Backup it pops up a window called “Backup Confirmation” with a Yes or No option. If Yes is clicked does it give an option to choose the location of the backup?
Or before doing the above do we first have to decide the backup location under Automatic Backups in Menu>Settings>Backups inside “Target Directory”?

Yes you need to set the Backup folder before, as you have noted, or it will default to “documents/emclient”
