"Choose Profile" box keeps appearing. Please help solve.

I am trialling eM Client. I have one issue. At regular intervals I have a form pop up asking me to Choose Profile. I only have one named Outlook, presumably because I imported accounts from Outlook.

How can I stop this happening? I’m running Win8 64bit
