Checking for corruption

Each time eMClient isn’t closed down properly, it takes a long time checking for corruption before it launches. this is annoying.

Would it be possible to have say the last 200 emails in a buffer which launches anyway? - and do the checking in the background? I applaud the carefulness, but other clients seem to manage without this - it was one reason I moved to Postbox a few months ago. Well, we know how that worked out.

If eM Client is terminated ungracefully, the database is left in an unusable format.

Nothing can be displayed because the database can’t be opened. First any temporary data needs to be written back to the database, then the data checked for integrity, before it can open.
