Changing from Demo to Pro

I have been informed that my demo copy of eMClient has expired, and because I really found the email client useful I purchased the Pro version.

Though when I tried to activate the license I received the below error log. I thought it may be because I did not deactivate the demo first but then I realized that there is no option to deactivate it in the HELP—> LICENSE window, only an option to activate.
