Is it possible yet to change the folder font size? I am comfortable editing the themes but still don’t see where the folder fonts are store.

Found resolution to my problem:
Winaero Tweaker is wonderful operating system tweaker on all levels as it helps with Windows 10 allowing for font and color adjustments among many other things like the older OS’s did.
Find ‘message font’ under Advanced Appearance Settings and make your change there. Yes it is a global change.
