Certificate import

I would like to import digital certificate (qualified certificate from PostSingmum CZ). In MS Windows the certificate is imported as private (OK), but whe I try to do so in eM Client the certificate is automatically “saved” among Authorities not private certificate. Thus I can not choose it for signature …

Please proceed as follows:

  1. Open eM Client
  2. Click Tools - Settings - Security
  3. Click Security profiles
  4. Click “Select” button under the Sign by field
    and let me know if it helps.

Unfortunatelly not. If I follow the path described, the certificate is not available for selection (“there are no certificates to choose from”).

  1. If I go to Tools - Settings - Security
  2. and click on certificates
  3. I can see that certificate is not among Personal. I can switch to list of Authorities, where is my certificate. I can only change trust Level (which I tried also) here.

please install the latest version from here: http://www.emclient.com/dist/v4.0.163…
and then follow the path which I have described above.
