When i select the drop down list for categories for the email item, i only see the colors and not the list i created in categories. what am i doing wrong?
Hello, unfortunately not quite sure what you’re suggesting, can you please make a screenshot of the issue and submit it to us here on the forum? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
