Hi! I have a problem with changing categories of emails. I can only cange a category when I have the conversation mode switched on. If I switch it off or change ist to conversations only in details, I cannot change a category any more. How can I fix this? I tried by drag & drop and right click, both ways don’t work. I tried repairing the categories, but that did not work either.
Hi, could you please check that you have all the relevant categories enabled in Settings > Mail > Categories? When a category is hidden, it would stay in the original category.
Yes, I have enabled all categories.
And who’s your email provider?
That’s IONOS. I only use pop3 email at the moment, if that’s helpful.
