In our office our accountant cant view emails that are older than two weeks. Also new emails she receives pop up as read, when she has never opened them. She is the only one in this office with this problem. What can we do to fix this? Her being able to pull up older emails is vital.
does she use Gmail or other free emails service or do you use your own internal emails?
Can she reach those emails on your server?
automatic marking as read can be turned off here - Tools - Settings - mail - read - and cancel “Mark messages read after…”
