cant send or receive emails.

I have used eMClient for over 6 months with no problems, recently there have been lots of Microsoft upgrades and now I cant send or receive emails. My laptop has been looked at for viruses and also to see if they could solve the problem by two different people and both say it is a Microsoft problem. Telstra also have tried to solve the problem and no luck.

Can you please send us copy of all logs in Menu>Tools>Operations>Logs then press Ctrl+A and copy everything to some text editor and send it to cooper@emclient.com
Also, is Telstra your email provider?
