I use EMC 10.1.4588. It’s been working great until my BT account reverted to BT Basic Mail. Got that fixed, now on BT Premium Mail but still unable to send mails from EMC (receives ok). Webmail working ok throughout. Error message in EMC advises ‘invalid userID or password from 90.247.114.239’. Checked and re-checked user name and password. Deleted EMC account and added account back in to EMC but all to no avail. Any ideas what I can try next please?
