I’m able to send mail ok using this client via Hotmail, my pop3 server, and even icloud accounts but it wont work with my exchange server. We run exchange 2007 on windows server 2008, no problems using services such as outlook or even windows 8 email client. Seems to receive ok, permissions are ok on the server side.
I can see similar posts and wonder if a solution has bee found
Hi Keith, are you seeing any error messages from the application? What version of eM Client are you using?
Can you please go to Tools > Operations, and check if there’s any Operations in process related to the Exchange account?
If not, can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on Exchange Web Services logging for the problematic account?
- Save the settings
- Restart the application
- Replicate the issue
Try to receive an email and send it out, if the issue occurs, go back to the advanced settings window and click on “Send Logs”, and send the logs to firstname.lastname@example.org with a reference link to this forum topic.
