can't send emails

I’ve just downloaded Em Client as outlook Express died on me this morning. I tried everything with it - uninstalling and reinstalling etc but still its stuck on ‘processing’. So i decided to download Em Client - that receives fine but won’t send emails! All the settings seem to be correct. Any idea what the problem could be?

I’ll need more concrete information to figure out what the problem is.
What account did you set up? Does it use IMAP/POP/Exchange/AirSync?
If you go to Tools > Operations > Error tab are there any relevant messages?
Did you make an exception for eM Client in your Windows firewall and anti-virus software, perhaps those are blocking the outgoing mail?
