Can't send emails - stuck in outbox

I get the following error message:

4.8.4 too many mails sent to recipients from IP 68.195.141.25 - 03

I’m running the latest version of eMail client and shutting off spyhunter5 and vipre virus protection does not solve the problem. Even a 1-word test email to myself won’t go out.

You will need to contact your Internet Provider about this, as they provide your IP address, which has apparently has been flagged for spamming.
