Can't send email - timeout exceeded

I can receive email but not send. I get the error message and log report shown in the first two screenshots below. I can send emails without problem from my phone, so the problem seems to be between eM Client on my PC and the mail server.

I’ve also attached screenshots of my eM Client settings. I have tried changing the SMTP port to 25 or 465 but this makes no difference.

The only significant change I’ve made recently to my set-up is to start using LastPass for creating and storing passwords, and I changed my Hover mail password yesterday. But it all worked fine initially after making this change, and I’ve made certain that my settings in eM Client include the current password.

If you are using any security software(Windows Firewall, Any antivirus etc.), try to disable or uninstall it and try it again.
