Hi when I try to send email in the compose message screen, the words NO ACCOUNT appear beside the Send button. Then when I go into the accounts setting menu there is no SMTP tab at the top of the screen. Can somebody help me please. Thank You.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. In this case, you’ll have to remove the account and set it up again manually. However, since you access the account through POP3, please make sure you export your e-mails first (Menu -> File -> Export - Export to .eml files) so they don’t get lost.
For setting the account up, skip the Automatic Setup option, click on Mail -> Other and set the SMTP server manually based on the information from your provider.
