cant see contacts when i select to

need help on contacts.  I have imported csv file and I can see them when I click on contacts, but when I create an email and selet TO no contacts come up only the ones I have created

when you open the TO window, are you looking into All contacts? Couldn’t the be in another folder? Could you possibly screenshot the window for me? Which version of eM Client are you running?
