Can't see an email in all inboxes

I have two accounts accessed by EMclient and usually I have no rpoblem, but I received two emails that do not show up in all inboxes but are visible in the inbox for that account. Accordingly, I missed the emails when they came and only discovered accidentally when I looked at the specific account. As far as I can see, all other eamils are visible from all inboxes. Can anybody shed any light on this?

It may be that the message cache is corrupt.

If the account is setup as IMAP or Exchange, you can try the following:

  1. Make a backup using Menu > Backup

  2. Go to Menu > Accounts and remove the email account, then add it back again.
