Can't regain old folders after re-installing eM

After a Win 10 reinstall, I’ve recently had to also re-install eM on my PC (email is one.com). I set up eM and linked it to my one.com accounts but it hasn’t imported the folders I had set up in the earlier version (also shown in one.com, so at least I can still access tham). The result is that I now have my pre-reinstall folders and emails in the one.com browser but only the more recent ones in the new eM. New emails/replies etc appear in both. Any ideas?

Hello Neil,
is your account set up as POP or IMAP?
Check the tabs in Tools>Accounts section.

Hello Neil,
can you right-click your account in the folder tree in the leftside Mail section and choose Properties>Repair and run a repair on the whole Account? This should manually resynchronize everything from the server.
If this does not help, I’ll need IMAP logs (for which I’ll include instructions if the Repair does not work).
