cant receive emails

Any time I send email it sasy {Alert… you have exceeded your mail quota}. Even though it says that, the emails are actually going through, they just aren’t saving to the sent folder. I also have not received any emails in two days. I work for a company that relies heavily on email communication and need to receive all the emails that people may have sent me in the past couple of days.

Apparently, your mail server has an SMTP quota, limiting the amount of sent emails, which has been exceeded. Usually it is solved by increasing the limit.

Are you using your business email account hosted on company server? You’ve mentioned that you haven’t been receiving any emails in two days - maybe you’re not the only one with this issue. Please add another email account to eM Client and try to send an email and let us know if problem persists.
