can't receive email

A little over a week ago I stopped receiving email - Everything appears fine - no errors - diagnostics says everything is working okay. I can send just fine.

Hello Doug,

If it’s an IMAP account, I’d recommend removing the account and reconfiguring it in Menu > Tools > Accounts > Add account.


Just found out that the problem originates with my ISP - hope to have corrected soon.
