Unable to reactivate the license.
Windows has appeared to do an update and now EM client is asking to reactivate a license that I’ve been using since 2017.
Similar case here. A User went on vacation now that she is back EM Cliente says it needs activation,when i try to do it, drops a error message “This machine cannot be activades due to a violation of our license policy. get in touch with our sells dpt.” (or something like it, im translating from spanish) We did run some update from our WSUS during his vacation time.
I need an answer from the staff please.
