can't open messages!

not downloading any messages - seeing the message, but can’t open it, even after reboot. Any ideas? No updates available.

ver. 4.0.15145.0 running on Win 7

Hello,
try right click on the message and choose open. It should help.

Some will open, some messages say they aren’t downloaded or cannot be downloaded no matter how I try to open the messages. This just started happening with the most recent update.

Hello,
try the repair button in the problematic folder properties.
Right click the folder, choose Properties, tab Offline and click “Repair” button.
