When I click to open an excel file attachment it opens excel but the document is n ot there. If I save the Excel file and then open its fine. All other word Docs open fine (Office 2013) as do PDF’s. Only the Excel seems to be an issue.
Any one have any ideas on this one?
Hello Helen, are you seeing any errors when you try to open the attachment? What mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you using an IMAP account? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About.
