direct opening pdf files or saving the files to desktop, when trying to open adobe reader says the file is basically corrupt. I can webmail to the email server and download and open the file fine. I am using version 6.0.24928.0. the fault is happening on more than one PC.

could you perhaps screenshot the error message you get when you try to open the PDF from eM Client?
Is downloading the attachment also not working?

Hi, direct opening, and downloading / saving as, does not work. It does seem intermittent some pdf’s work, but the ones that don’t are not corrupt when accessed from webmail, leading me to believe the fault is when em client downloads the file from the email server.
