can't make a connection but internet working

I have downloaded and set up EMClient at my workplace.  We use Comcast as our ISP. All works great.  When I go home, also comcast, I get the error:  “Can’t make a connection”.  The internet is working as I can surf and my phone and tablet are receiving my email.

Any suggestions?

could you copy the content of the Tools > Operations > Log tab after the error pops up again?
