Can't Login to my 2 Outlook accounts to refresh

I am unable to login with the correct password.
I have 2 accounts and I changed 1 of the passwords today so I know it is 100%.
The other I have tried every password I have used with no luck.#
It is annoying that emclient does not tell you if only 1 of your passwords is not correct. It just loops between the 2 account login in pages.

If you have “manually setup the email accounts” in eM Client and not initially used the automatic account wizard setup, you might then need an eg: App password from your Outlook account online and “not your normal email password”.

So check in your Outlook mail account online. If you are not sure if there is an app password setup, contact your mail server technical support.

Now if you didn’t setup your Outlook account manually and you have a IMAP, Exchange or Office 365 (non pop) account, just remove and readd the account via the “automatic account wizard” which normally then will ask you at the end to allow access to your Outlook account via a browser OAuth (password less token) button.

Thanks CZ…I set it up manually but cannot login. I have tried every one of my passwords old and new. I know the password but it won’t accept it.
My outlook accounts have been hacked and a ransom demanded. I was able to change my main account password but not my business one as I need my password to change the password.

ps…when asking for the passwords to login to my accounts…" please enter your username and password for account xxxxxxx"…Is it the outlook passwords it is looking for or is it the password to login to emclient?
