can't install eM for Outlook accounts.

“Operations” module said there may be a settings problem - changed the default eM settings to conform to Verizon/Outlook settings - clicked “fix” for POP3 and SMTP and received a “fix failed” message.
What have I missed?

Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and check you have the following settings for your account:

POP3
Host: pop3.live.com
Port: 995
Security policy: Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)

SMTP
Host: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Port: 465
Security policy: Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)
