Nothing but problems with this eM Client since starting. If this can’t be resolved I’m binning it.
So after one of my accounts stopped syncing I tried uninstalling/reinstalling only to get the same problem. I had to use a professional uninstalling tool to get rid of every thing. Now I have reinstalled & it will not add my email account which was working fine for about a week.
First delete the database. Close eM Client, and then delete or rename C:\Users_username_\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. You may have to show hidden items in Explorer to do that.
Then after restarting eM Client, instead of using Automatic Setup, click on Mail > Other, or Mail > Exchange, if it is on an Exchange server.
