I’ve already been corresponding with someone named Gary, and he hasn’t responded for about a week. NOW my internet provider says YOU have to fix it. Please refer to the former correspondence with the information provided to me by Consolidated Communications. I’ve been working on this for two weeks if you can’t figure it out why don’t YOU just call them? I’m getting very frustrated! First they said YOU had to fix it, then YOU said They had to fix it, now they say YOU have to fix. Here is their number: 507-387-1151.
Here is what they said you are suppose to do. Change server settings, Incoming Port 143. Outgoing Port 993 - SMTP PORT465. Change host name to securemail25.carrier.com.
